Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing times 

Processing time: All items have their estimated processing time on each listing. The processing time is the estimated time it takes for me to make and package your order to be shipped. This is different than your shipping time! Orders are processed only during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). 

Processing times vary throughout the year and can be shorter or longer depending on current demands. I always aim to have your order made as soon as possible! You will receive notification when your order is ready and will either be shipped or messaged to arrange pickup. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure we can make it by your specified date. Note that this only ensure your order is made and shipped by a certain date *we cannot guarantee shipping providers delivery*

Shipping 

Shipping is only available within Canada currently. Items are shipped primarily by Canada Post but sometimes alternate carriers are used to secure the best shipping rate. 

Items indicated in the description as shipped by letter mail means that they are shipped by Canada Post Letter Mail and these items do not include a tracking number. We are also not responsible for items that are lost when shipped by letter mail. Please choose a tracked method for shipping.
