How to send your photo to be engraved:
- After purchasing your custom engraved ornament please send a high resolution photo to me via Etsy messages. please include your order number. Please select a high quality image for the best results. If you are unsure if an image will work before purchasing, send me a message and I can let you know if it can be engraved.
I do not send a "proof" of your ornament before making it. If you would like to see the text option before it's made please purchase the listing and send me a message. Please note I will not make your order until your proof (if requested) has been confirmed. It will be sent by Etsy message within 72 hours (business days only) after purchasing. Please check your messages to avoid delays in receiving your item.
