
Custom Order Design Deposits will be applied towards the total amount of your custom order (to be determined and accepted prior to making the piece). This deposit is Non-Refundable.
Design Process Information:
After you have sent your design details we will create mock designs for your custom order. Mock designs will be sent in 5 business days. Be sure to check your mailbox (and junk mail) to avoid production delays!
We allow up to 2 design revisions, additional revisions are subject to a revision fee of $10 per revision. Designs cannot be changed once production begins or additional charges may be required to change your design.
Once the design and details for your sign have been finalized the remaining balance of your sign is due (Total cost minus the design fee) before I begin making your sign. A custom listing will be created for you to pay the remaining balance.
Turn Around Time:
Typically my production time is approximately 4-8 weeks. Times vary depending on current demands & sign complexity. If you require it by a certain date please reach out prior to purchasing a deposit to determine if we can accommodate your request.
Shipping or Local Pickup:
All signs are available for local pickup from Bright, Woodstock or Tavistock.
If you require shipping we ship within Canada and the costs will be estimated based on your postal code, size and weight of the custom order. Shipping costs are in addition to your sign cost. If you would like a quote before ordering please contact me.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for custom orders. Please check all mock designs thoroughly before approving your design. Note that mock designs are just that they are a mock up of the design. While I try to represent sizing, and colour as accurately as possible there will be differences due to the handmade custom nature and use of raw materials.
Our wood contains knots, dents, scratches and holes because that’s natural! We think it makes the pieces unique and beautiful.
